Medical Clearance & Registration

Student-athletes may not try out, practice, or compete without official medical and administrative clearance.

ArbiterSports: Parents must register their child online through Arbiter Sports, with registrations fully approved once
the athletic season officially begins. Registration portals open exactly 30 days prior to the start of each sports season.

Physical Examinations: A physical exam must be completed by a school or personal physician and is valid for one
year. An updated Interval Health History must be reviewed and verified seasonally during the registration process.

Inhalers & Epi-Pens: A medication authorization form must be on file with the health office for any athlete requiring
self-administered emergency medications.
